Responsible for ensuring coordination and integration of all quality, infection control, and performance improvement activities in the hospital within the framework of the Trinity Health Prioritized Strategic Aims, the Regional Quality and Patient Safety priorities, and the Gottlieb Quality and Patient Safety Improvement Plan. Act as a subject matter expert on quality improvement tools and techniques including the identification of and application of a set of robust performance. Ensure bidirectional communication on quality priorities and events including the implementation of quality improvement activities to the regional quality structure, senior leadership, and front line staff.


Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. Acceptable degree(s) include nursing, business, health systems management, quality/compliance or public health.

Three (3) to five (5) years of previous job-related experience is required.

One (1) to two (2) years of managerial also required.

Certified Professional In Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent highly desirable.

Six Sigma Green Belt also highly desirable.

Basic computer skills required include basic keyboarding, Microsoft excel, powerpoint, project or equivalent word and Visio.
